No, InHAIRitance focuses on healthy and chemical-free products for natural hair. Our goal is to help people see the beauty of their natural hair.
Yes! A free Color Consultation is mandatory before being able to book a colour appointment. The color consultation lasts up to 30 minutes, during which the Stylist will discuss the pricing, the colour(s) will best suited to your skin tone as well as available appointment slots.
Yes! We take appointments toddlers as well as teenagers! Ask about our Children’s Package.
Our stylists perform dry cuts, on defined hair. This method is used by all our stylists and it guarantees the best results for curly hair as it takes shrinkage into account. Also, split ends are more visible on dry hair.
For sure! You can book treatments that will help your Natural Hair Journey start on the right foot!

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Most orders are custom and require between 2-4 weeks for production before being delivered.
We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at support@inhairitance.ca.
You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.
Any order above $100, the shipping is on us! Shipping is calculated when you checkout. If you wish to have your items shipped EXPRESS, please contact us at support@inhairitance.ca

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for an exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
