Les seuls produits que j’utilise pour mes cheveux depuis bientôt 3 ans.Mes cheveux sont très bien hydratés jusqu’à 2 semaines environ sans nouvelle application lorsque je me joue les paresseuses 😂. Il me reste juste à maîtriser le wash and go sur cheveux 4c sans frisottis et je serais amplement satisfaite. Je les recommande à 100%.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days. 

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

How long does it take to ship?

We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at support@inhairitance.ca.

Most orders are custom and require between 2-4 weeks for production before being delivered.
