Please note that once you opt in to our subscribe and save discount, you are obligated to honoring the next month's subscription order before you are able to cancel your subscription.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. 

HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

We utilize many couriers across the country to ensure we are providing you with the best service. 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We’ll keep you updated via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at support@inhairitance.ca.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Any order with a subtotal above $100 before discounts and after taxes are applied shipping to the US and Canada are on us. And orders with a subtotal above above $150 before discounts and after taxes are applied shipping within Europe are also on us! 

We do not have a flat rate for shipping. Rates will vary by package weight, location, and size and will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from Montreal, Quebec, Canada for Canadian orders, Atlanta, Georgia, USA for US orders, and Paris, France for Europe orders.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Canada, USA and select countries in Europe. 

We are working hard to offer worldwide shipping. Please email us at support@inhairitance.ca for more information. Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can request to cancel your order within the first 24h by contacting support@inhairitance.ca Mondays through Fridays . Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subjected to the timeline of our fulfillment centers. Please note our customer support team cannot process cancellations over the weekend. Please write your order number and your name in the subject line and the reason in the message/text.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca and we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days. 

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.

We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.

Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for an exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.   

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. You can expect to see the refund applied to your account with 10 business days from the time of refund, depending on your bank’s processing times.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

Contact support@inhairitance.ca immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which may result in an additional charge. Inhairitance is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change or an incorrect address entered. To avoid paying additional charges, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Please fill out the information about your order at the form here: https://inhairitance.ca/pages/submit-a-claim. You can also contact support@inhairitance.ca, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier. Please note that for stolen shipments, you must fill out your claim within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note that you must opt in to Inhairitance Shipping Protection Insurance at the time of check-out for any lost, damaged or stolen packages to be replaced to you. If you do not choose this protection at check-out, we are unable to provide you with a full replacement if your package is lost, damaged or stolen. and will only qualify for a refund.
