How can I return my items?
expand_moreWe will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

I have been using the Inhairitance products for about a year now and I must say I am in love with the quality of the products. Purchase the 8oz and had to buy the 16oz. My low porosity just loves ❤️ this deep conditioner. I have never seen the curls just Pop on my 4c hair
Just received, so I have not tried this protein treatment but I am positive it will be excellent as all Inhairitance products I have tried. Also happy this an Canadian Company.
