Apply hair butter directly after your deep conditioner for great curl definition. Follow with gel for extra hold. Follow directly with sealant for more volume. Depending on quantity used, this butter provides a light to medium hold.

As the title states, I love all the products I buy from Inhairitance. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a frustrating experience. Due to a website issue I could not complete my order as an error indicated shipping to Ontario was not possible. I tried several times without success. Then I called the salon and was informed it was a known error and someone would call me. Even after several days, no one called. Since I love the products, I tired again and was able to complete my order. Then despite unlocking free shipping, I was charged for shipping. Increased frustration. I then emailed the support team and received a prompt response and refund for the shipping fees. I was happy....until I received an email stating that products I ordered were out of stock and I would only receive a fraction of my order. I don't want to find other products, I want to keep buying from Inhairitance, so I hope my next experience is better

We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
