How to use

Am I missing something?

I was really excited to get these products as I know people who use it and love it, I’ve read so many good reviews. I got the curl renew, deep conditioner and butter. My current review is that it leave my scalp feeling caked with buildup and my hair feels heavy and tugs on my scalp. Ouch! I was hoping this would be it - the go to products. I’ll finish using them to see if I’m missing something in the process…

Here are some tips on how to use the products in a way that can help reduce buildup or residue. Our products are extremely hydrated and packed with lots of moisturizing ingredients, which means that you don't need to use very much! Especially if your hair is on the finer side, we definitely recommend using only the amount needed to coat the strands as only a small amount is needed to garner results. Our products are also created to expand with water, and it can also be beneficial to really run the water over your hair to rinse out the product for 5 to 10 minutes in order to allow the water to enter your hair strand along with the product. This might help you be able to utilize the product in a way that's best for your scalp! Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there is any other way we can help.

We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
