Picked up this travel-sized kit as a way of sampling a variety of Inhairitance products to find what works best for my hair! Very good value, and some of the containers are larger than I expected. Lovely products too.

These products are simply the best! They have helped me find my natural curls and brought them back to life! These products keep my hair soft and frizz free. My curls bounce around freely and are not stiff. Needless to say that I just love these products!!!
Unfortunately went to salon where product was out of stock and then same product was out of stock online.
Made purchase on line with discount for purchase of XX amount, however due to unavailability of product, and pursuant cancellation of that item from my order, was no longer eligible for the discount. I therefore only received the items I order to bring the increase the total order $$ to qualify. In the end still don’t have my pomade.
I ordered the sample size of the products for $45. For some reason, at the last minute the incorrect address autopopulates and the order goes through. Now there is no way to cancel an order even one that was made seconds ago. So I contact customer service in every way possible to tell them that the shipping address is incorrect. Instead of canceling my order they send the package to the wrong address and tell me to reach out to the stranger. Idk if they want me to send an owl to that address because it is on the opposite side of the country or what but they refused to refund me. They were highly recommended from my friend who is from Quebec but they have done very little to remedy this situation. Maybe they care less because I am not Canadian. Smh never again!

As we utilize fulfillment centers to process our orders in different areas of the world, once an order is placed, there is only a certain time frame or window that we have to change or update the address on the order before the fulfillment center processes it. As your order was placed on a Saturday, by the time our customer service team viewed the address update request on Monday, the fulfillment center had already processed the shipment to the address submitted in the order and we were unable to adjust it.
We definitely understand how frustrating it is to not receive something that you ordered, and so our Customer Support Team Manager has reached out to you to follow up on this situation further. We definitely value all of our customers from around the world, and never want you to feel less appreciated due to your location. We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
